Initial Consultation

Iniitial Consultations are about Erda getting up to speed these are free of charge.

Time / Outputs

We can establish a fee based on a specific series of outputs, a time based fee that's more appropriate for general advice, support and attendance at key meetings across the month.

Payment in shares

If it works both parties - we can defer payment until funding is obtained or you can pay for the initial work for an agreed amount in shares at the round price.

Funds Raised

Erda charges a success fee of 2.5% for any funds raised either directly or indirectly through our contacts in the investor and advisor community.
